We are looking for students or recent graduates interested in building a career in sustainability, traceability and international certification schemes. No previous experience is required: we provide full training and ongoing support.

This role is based at Ibero Waste’s offices, in a prime location in Almería city centre, offering an accessible, dynamic and well-connected professional environment. You will also have the opportunity to train in the international ISCC certification market—one of the most widely recognised sustainability systems worldwide—turning this placement into a real boost to future employability and a gateway to projects and standards with global reach.

Suitable backgrounds

• Environmental Sciences

• Other related fields with an interest in sustainability, traceability or compliance

Responsibilities

• Support certification processes (ISCC EU, RED III, voluntary schemes).

• Review and organise technical and administrative documentation.

• Analyse operational data (volumes, mass balance, traceability).

• Prepare reports, presentations and technical communications.

• Research regulatory requirements and best practice.

• Collaborate on sustainability and circular economy projects.

We are looking for motivation, clarity and a strong willingness to learn. We particularly value applicants who can demonstrate:

• Genuine interest in sustainability, traceability and certification.

• Ability to explain why this role fits their pathway.

• Concrete examples of learning or responsibility.

• Clear, well-structured, strong written communication.

• A proactive, process-oriented mindset.

• Advanced English (C1) is desirable to work with documentation and international clients.

• Strong ability to write and understand technical texts in English will be highly valued.
