Junior Sustainability & Compliance Trainee
Location: Almería city centre
Placement: Curricular or extracurricular internship (paid)
Duration: 6 months

We are looking for students or recent graduates interested in building a career in sustainability, traceability and international certification schemes. No previous experience is required: we provide full training and ongoing support.
This role is based at Ibero Waste’s offices, in a prime location in Almería city centre, offering an accessible, dynamic and well-connected professional environment. You will also have the opportunity to train in the international ISCC certification market—one of the most widely recognised sustainability systems worldwide—turning this placement into a real boost to future employability and a gateway to projects and standards with global reach.

Responsibilities

Support certification processes (ISCC EU, RED III, voluntary schemes).

Review and organise technical and administrative documentation.

Analyse operational data (volumes, mass balance, traceability).

Prepare reports, presentations and technical communications.

Research regulatory requirements and best practice.

Collaborate on sustainability and circular economy projects.
